Serves: 5-6
Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken
8 cups chicken stock (or chicken broth)
1 can green chiles
1/2 cup cream cheese
Either use a white chicken chili spice blend or add: cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder
2 cans white northern beans
Cheese blend of choiceMethod:
Combine the chicken stock/broth, spices, beans, and chicken in a large pot and bring to a boil
Reduce to a simmer and add the green chiles and spices
Let everything simmer for about 5-10 minutes, and then add in the cream cheese.
Top with cilantro, sour cream, and shredded cheese of choice
