Meal Prepped Protein Energy Bites



I have recently started making these little energy balls at the beginning of the week to have on hand for between class/ as a snack!


They are super easy and come together in about 10 minutes. This recipe makes about 8-10 balls. They are packed with nutrient dense energy foods.


I like to store them in the fridge so they are a bit cold and hold their shape better too.


Ingredients:

* 1 cup oats

* 1/2 cup tahini

* 1/2 cup raisins

* 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

* 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

* Pinch of sea salt


Method: Simply combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and then roll into one-inch balls.
