This Tzatziki sauce is amazing as a dip, on top of my turkey burgers, spread on toast with cucumber, and in so many other ways! It is so fresh and light that it is perfect as we transition into warmer weather. As you can tell, I absolutely love Mediterranean inspired cuisine!
This serves 8-10 (probably more!)
For the Tzatziki:
2 cups Greek Yogurt
1 English cucumber, finely diced
1 ½ cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice (about 1 lemon) check
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh dill (more to taste)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
1.Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
2.Taste and add more dill, lemon, salt, and pepper as needed!
