Serves: 8-10 slices
Ingredients:
2 cans garbanzo beans
1 cup natural peanut butter
⅔ cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp Vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
1 Tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
½ cup chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 350F
Combine the garbanzo beans, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking soda, and salt in a large food processor or blender.
Blend until a thick dough forms.
Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
Transfer to a greased or lined baking dish
Top with additional chocolate chips
Bake for 35-40 minutes
