Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup sliced grapes
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp cumin
Method
Add your shredded rotisserie chicken, celery, red onion, walnuts, and grapes into a large bowl.
Combine your yogurt and spices, and then add to the chicken mixture.
Mix well and add more seasonings or yogurt as necessary.
Either using a scooper or a large spoon and your hands, form the mixture into balls.
Serve on toasted bread, with crackers, over a salad, or plain!
