This fiber filled breakfast option is a perfect for meal prep. I like the versatility of this recipe. You can add any fruit or make it a bunch of different flavors! For this specific recipe, I muddled some raspberries to mix in and this gave it the perfect color and sweetness. Sometimes I like to make a layered bowl with chia seed pudding, greek yogurt, and other toppings!
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients:
¾ cup milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup raspberries, smashed
1 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Method:
1.Combine all of the ingredients into a mason jar or Tupperware and mix or shake to combine.
2.Let sit in the fridge overnight
3.Add more fruit, honey, nuts, or granola in the morning!
