Berry Oats

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk or water

  • 1/3 cup frozen berry mix

  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 Blender Bomb

  • Dash of maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

Method

  1. Add the oats and liquid to a small pot and cook on medium-high heat until a thick consistency.

  2. In the last 1 minute of cooking, add the frozen berries and optional protein powder.

  3. Remove from heat, and mix in the maple syrup.

  4. Top with banana, blender bomb, and almond butter.

  5. Enjoy!
