Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk or water
1/3 cup frozen berry mix
Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 banana
1 Blender Bomb
Dash of maple syrup
1 Tbsp almond butter
Method
Add the oats and liquid to a small pot and cook on medium-high heat until a thick consistency.
In the last 1 minute of cooking, add the frozen berries and optional protein powder.
Remove from heat, and mix in the maple syrup.
Top with banana, blender bomb, and almond butter.
