Sometimes I love taking some time in the morning to make an extra special breakfast. The versatility of oats for breakfast is unparalleled. The berries get warm and sweet and the cinnamon and vanilla flavors work so well in the oven! I love to top my baked oats with a splash of almond milk, handful of granola, and drizzle of honey.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sprouted oats
1/2 banana
1/3 cup almond milk
2-3 tbsp Greek yogurt
Heavy dash of Cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of coarse sea salt
Toppings:
Blueberries
Blackberries
Dried cranberries
Optional add ins: vanilla protein powder
Method:
Blend the ingredients together and pour into a small bowl or ramekin
Bake in the air fryer at 350F for about 15-17 minutes. Keep an eye on it, you want the top crispy and the inside more of a thick oatmeal consistency.
Recommended: Top with honey, granola, a splash of almond milk
